Dealing and refund

We will send you the goods after the cash payment in two or three days whenever we have the materials in stock. We always will choose the transport agency at any moment. Our company Mariamarkt will delivery it to you according to the convenience and availability in two or more dealings.

No material availability or delay will be notified to our costumers.

Transport charges:

Transport rates are calculated automatically depending on weight and distance, the minimum is 8EUR.

Cash on delivery

The costumer`s address is always necessary .We need a contact telephone too in order to inform about more details.

Availability / delivery

Mariamarkt has a very important stock in store, and we also work side by side with the most important wholesalers but sometimes there is a stock lacking and it is not possible to send you the material as soon as we wanted.

You can renounce to buy our products at any time. We will pay you back.

The availability is guiding, this is given by manufacturers and wholesalers. Mariamarkt has no responsibility when there is a delay or a lack of product.

Refunds

You can return the products to us in 7 days without any problem but they will be in the same conditions as we sent them to you. We only beg you to put in contact with us previously. It is better if you do this by certificated mail.

Remember that you have not this right in a costumer’s special order, no sealed software or out of list products.

However we inform to you that you will have to pay for transport and administrative charges due to this.

Complaints about the products

If you notice that the parcel has been manipulated, damaged or beaten, please report it on the delivery note. Check the product. Do not sign the delivery note if you think the product is not in the best conditions.

After checking the product, report to us any incidence as quickly as possible. Write the delivery note number and the differences you have observed. Give us a contact telephone number and we will resolve the problem as soon possible. But remember that you have only 24 hours.
